Hello,

I have been inundated with requests for a demonstration that gives you a chance to learn more about my training philosophies and how they apply to riding.

So, I have put together this very special weekend, where I will share with you Join Up and how you can apply it to your riding through my own ridden demonstrations on Aussie horses. Naturally, I am going to demonstrate Join Up and the language of Equus, as they are the foundation of my training but I will also teach you the importance of horse psychology and how understanding it will assist you in solving every day problems with your horse.

My Special Guests

I will be joined by Charlotte Bredahl Baker and Rob Horne. Charlotte is an International Dressage Rider who has competed at world levels and was also member of the 1992 American Olympic bronze medal dressage team. Rob is my only only approved Join Up instructor in Australia and is a very respected horseman who specialises in the horse’s early education. Together these trainers will demonstrate how they use the principals of Join Up and horse psychology in their training. It will be a wholistic approach to the seminar with Rob covering early education, Charlotte covering dressage and myself covering Western riding.

What you will see that is new?

LOTS! In fact the majority of the demonstration is new content that I will teach using both theory and demonstrations.

Why two days?

Two days allows me time to go deep and really demonstrate how my philosophies work. We will work with different kinds of horses to give you an understanding of how you can take my concepts home and apply them to your horse.

Do I need to come both days?

No, you can attend the single day. Each day has a different focus so you will still get lots of value in the single day.

Who should attend?

Anyone who wants a positive and successful relationship with their horse. My concepts will add value to the professional horse trainer, competitive rider, and instructor, right through to those who simply ride for pleasure.

Which riding discipline do you target?

It doesn’t matter what is your riding discipline, in fact I will prove to you over the course of the two days that no matter what type of riding you do the fundamentals are all the same. That is why I have invited a variety of trainers from early education to dressage to Western. Here you will see how horse psychology is a trainer’s greatest tool for the most simple things right through to the most complex.

What will I get from attending? My goal is to have you go home, totally invigorated and ready to start working with your horse in a way that is going to be positive to BOTH of you. I will also have copies of my text book “From My Hands To Yours” available, so that you will have a constant reference guide for what you have learnt once you are at home.

Can I bring my horse?

No ,This is a two day seminar where we will work with a variety of horses to demonstrate my concepts. There are no rider participation positions available.
